University was Named, in the Name of Pandit Chandra Vidyasagar of Bengal. It was the idea of various organizations to set up an university in the Midinapur District.
He had obtained his Master’s Degree from University of Madras. After he finished his educations he joined service of India Police in 1955 and He passed in his batch as Best officer.
Vidyasagar University has declared the Results of above Examination 2010.
