Today,The Supreme Court give orders to appoint U.U. Lalit,the senior Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor to handover the 2G-Scam case for trial.And the Apex Court said that the Lalit will have full freedom to choose his team for this case.
But the centre said that the Lalit is not able to give case in his hands. because he didnt meet the eligibility criteria for this.The Justices G.S. Singhvi and A.K. Ganguly made this clear to all that the hearing will be done day to day criteria and no adjourments being done.It is also clear that no other court entertain this case either than Apex Court.
After that Senior advocate K.K. Venugopal said that the supplementary charge sheet submits on 24 April.On 2nd April the CBI filled chargesheet again Raja,other 8 people and three telecom companies. The Advocate Lalit worked under the state or the Union Government for at least seven years and having complete knowledge of the rights and laws for handling this case.
