On Monday,The Mumbai's Lilawati Hospital is also searched by the Income Tax department is premises and this all is connected to 2-G Spectrum case with the alleged money laundering by its trustees.
According to reports, I-T officials are searching the ADP Finance department, purchase department, biomedical department and pharma department of the Lilavati Trust Hospital and finalise that this Lilawati Hospital case sharing with the 2-G Spectrum case.
The I-T officials have recovered various documents which are mentioned above in the statement and then sealed the computers which are installed in all four departments of hospitals.They also took up the hard disks to examine and configure the complete information stored in them.
The I-T department is also conducting raids on the premises of Mayfair realtors and Vestra Infrastructures with Lilawati Hospital.They have loaned Rs 14 crore to the Lilavati Trust in the year 2002.
