Diploma in Training and Development (DTD)

(Distance Learning Programme)

Eligibility:

Graduate of a recognized University or its equivalent and having a minimum 2 years of working experience in an Organization OR Post Graduate or equivalent recognized PG Diploma in any discipline.

Diploma Examination Centres: Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Chittorgarh, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jamshedpur, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Neyveli, Pune, Ranchi, Silvassa, Trivandrum,Udaipur,vadodara and Visakhapatnam.

Registration Fee: Rs. 500/- (Non-Refundable)

Course Fee: Rs. 25,000/-, can be deposited in two installments of Rs. 12,700/- each by Cash/DD in favour of "ISTD (Diploma Programme)" payable at New Delhi.

Concessional Fee: 20000/- can be deposited in two installments of Rs. 10200/- each for armed forces/ central police organization/para military forces/states police officials, SC/ST and senior citizens.

Placement facilitation: after successful completion of course.

How To Apply:

Prospectus and Admission Form: Obtainable by sending DD/MO for Rs. 300/- favoring "ISTD (Diploma Programme)" Payable at New Delhi OR by CASH from the Diploma Office, New Delhi. In case, applicant has used downloaded admission form, cost of prospectus Rs. 300/-to be deposited along with form.

The society is affiliated to the International Federation of Training and Development Organizations (IFTDO), USA and Asian Regional Training and Development Organizations (ARTDO), Manila.

ISTD organizes Training Programs, all over the country both at Chapter and National Levels. The programs cover selected areas of HRD with special emphasis on Training of Trainers, Training Goals & Objectives and Training Tools & Technologies. A very large number of Public and Private Sector Organizations, Training Institutions Central And State Government participate in these programs, some of which have been held in collaboration with Planning Commission, Bureau of Public Enterprises and the Training Division of Department of Personnel, Government Of India.
