On Tuesday,The Actor Shiney Abhuja moved to the High Court of Bombay in the rape case.In the year 2009 June he raped his maid in his home.So,High Court challenged for his conviction of rape case.His lawyer said that he filled his bailed application.
“Justice A.R joshi admitted the appeal challenging Shiney’s conviction by a session court,which sentenced him to seven years rigorous imprisonment”,his lawyer Shrikant Shivade told IANS.Ahuja was arrested on 15th June after confirmed his fault by medical tests of maid that is sexual assault.
On 30th March the sessions court of Bombay declared that he will be in jail for atleast seven years after investigating and hearing his all mistakes that he raped his maid.
