For the case of the 2G-Scam,The Supreme Court decided and then pass an order for appointing a new and special public procecutor especially for this case of 2G-Scam .The new public procecutor appointed at side of Telecom Minister A Raja.These orders are passed tomorrow because the hearing of the 2-Generation Spectrum case touches sky with no clarifications.
And that Public Procecutor senior advocate UU Lalit take this case.He firstly choosen only for the trial hearing.To choose this advocate is only because he having a complete knowledge of the crime laws and also having experience for that.Thats why he had to be choosen.
"We intend to pass an order directing the government to come out with a notification on the appointment of Lalit as special public prosecutor. He will also have the choice to suggest the names of other prosecutors to assist him in the case," the bench had said.
"We would make it clear in our order that the special court would hold trial on day-to-day basis and no adjournment on any basis would be allowed," the bench had said.
